राहुल गांधी संसद से बाहर ! 

   राहुल गांधी “अब” संसद में नहीं रहेंगे ! यह आधा सच है । सच तो यह है कि अब संसद में राहुल गांधी सबसे ज्यादा रहेंगे । पहले राहुल गांधी संसद में बोलते थे अब संसद राहुल गांधी बोलेगी । यह प्राकृतिक सच है । एक उदाहरण सुन लीजिए - सत्तर के दसक में असम जल रहा था । असमगणपरिषद का आंदोलन ज़ोरों पर था , गणपरिषद ने दबाव बना कर , विधायिका ( विधान सभा और संसद के दोनों सदनों से अपने प्रतिनिधि वापस बुला लिए थे । यह लम्बा अंतराल रहा आंदोलन तक़रीबन पंद्रह साल चला । देश की संसद में असम का कोई प्रतिनिधि नही लेकिन असम संसद में छाया रहा । कोई दिन ऐसा नहीं होता था , जब सदन में असम पर चर्चा न हो । 

         यह कोई भविष्यवाणी नहीं है , यह सियासी पेंच है - कल से संसद में राहुल गांधी की “उपस्थिति “ दमदारी से होगी , पक्ष प्रतिपक्ष दोनों बग़ैर राहुल गांधी बोले अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराने में दिक़्क़त महसूस करेंगे ।कल से देश की संसद में राहुल गांधी जेरे बहस होंगे । 

      और राहुल गांधी ? 

        कांग्रेस का इतिहास प्रतिवद्धता पर ओठंगा है । अब राहुल गांधी अपने व्यक्तित्व के सारे खाँचे तोड़ कर मुहावरा बन चुके हैं । खेल देखिए - 

       -राहुल गांधी पप्पू है ! 

      ( पप्पू ने ऐसा घसीट कर लेथारा कि पप्पू का बोलना बंद हो गया ) 

         - राहुल गांधी परिवार समेत ई डी समेत तमाम एजेंसियों के सामने बुलाये गये , नतीजा देश ने देखा ! 

       - राहुल गांधी लोंगो से दूर रहते हैं । राहुल निकल पड़े भारत भ्रमण पर , इस “पैदल पथी” ने देश का नहीं दुनिया का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया । देश दौड़ पड़ा - हमारा बेटा है , भाई है , सबरी ने बेर पकड़ा दिया - भूखे हो न ? करुणा बांध तोड़ कर छलक पड़ी यह तो सब का है , डग भरते बच्चे बस्ता फेंक कर राहुल गांधी के पीछे दौड़ पड़े । 

    - अब संसद से बाहर कर दो 

     - लेकिन सड़क का क्या करोगे हुज़ूर ? 

  लोकतंत्र में संसद ही क़ीमती नहीं है , सड़क भी है । सड़क गरम होगी तो उसकी आँच संसद भी महसूस करेगा । भारत का संसदीय इतिहास जिसे कांग्रेस ने रचा है , सड़क की अहमियत से लदा पड़ा है । महात्मा गांधी का इतिहास मील का पत्थर बन कर तना खड़ा है । किसी ओहदे पर नहीं थे ( 17 में कांग्रेस के सदस्य बने , 34में कांग्रेस से अलग हो गये ) लेकिन अंग्रेज़ी साम्राज्य के लिए सबसे बड़ी चुनौती बने रहे । 

        राहुल गांधी तो समस्यायों के अंबार के सामने खड़े हैं , कहीं भी हाथ लगायेंगे धुँवा उठेगा । बेरोज़गार , युवजन , त्रस्त किसान , बेसहारा मजूर , और सामाजिक उथल पुथल का दरका हुआ घरौंदा । विषय उठेंगे ।

Rahul Gandhi out of Parliament!

    Rahul Gandhi will not be in the Parliament "anymore"! This is half true. The truth is that now Rahul Gandhi will be the maximum in the Parliament. Earlier Rahul Gandhi used to speak in the Parliament, now the Parliament will speak Rahul Gandhi. This is a natural truth. Listen to an example - Assam was burning in the seventies. The movement of the Assam Gana Parishad was on full swing, the Gana Parishad had called back its representatives from the Legislature (Legislative Assembly and both Houses of the Parliament) under pressure. This long interval movement lasted for about fifteen years. Assam remained a shadow in the Parliament, not a single day passed when Assam was not discussed in the House.

          This is not a prediction, it is a political screw - from tomorrow Rahul Gandhi's "presence" in the Parliament will be strong, both the parties and the opposition will find it difficult to register their presence without Rahul Gandhi speaking. There will be debate.

       And Rahul Gandhi?

         The history of Congress rests on commitment. Now Rahul Gandhi has become a proverb by breaking all the lines of his personality. Watch the game

   In a democracy, not only the parliament is valuable, the road is also. If the road is hot then even the parliament will feel its heat. The parliamentary history of India, created by the Congress, is laden with the importance of the road. The history of Mahatma Gandhi stands tall as a milestone. Was not on any position (became a member of Congress in 17, separated from Congress in 34) but remained the biggest challenge to the British Empire.

         Rahul Gandhi is standing in front of a heap of problems, wherever he touches, smoke will rise. Unemployed, youth, distressed farmers, helpless laborers, and a cracked house of social upheaval. Subjects will arise.
